Rice and beans, cassava flour and eggs for lunch. I feel plebeian and it feels good.

1. Is the flour just sprinkled on top of beans?
2. Do you have a powered placemat?

With all those beans you eat you must be pretty "regular".

I dont understand this use of flour sprinkled on beans. Is it special flour? What does it taste like?

Interesting. I'm not sure how I feel about flour on top of beans, but I've never had Cassava flour.

You're supposed to mix 'em up, it tastes quite good. Like ice-cream and ground nuts.

You'll need a pressure cooker, but this is easier: http://authenticbraziliancuisine.blogspot.com.br/2010/02/rice-a…
